01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and six77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the six77 website at six77.vip and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional programmes (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside the six77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. six77 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the six77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. six77 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a six77 employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the six77 Platform or any associated service.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by six77, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account only. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. six77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify six77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC verification: six77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as required under its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a copy of your CNIC — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time the Company deems necessary.
• Account currency: six77 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit values, and withdrawal amounts are in PKR unless otherwise stated.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

six77 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. six77 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your six77 account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days depending on the processing bank.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment account or channel used to make the original deposit, subject to applicable limits.
• Withdrawal processing times: six77 targets withdrawal processing within 24 to 72 hours of a verified request, subject to security checks. Actual transfer times to your account depend on the payment provider and may vary.
• No third-party payments: six77 does not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to third-party accounts, including accounts held in another person's name. Any attempt to process third-party transactions will result in account suspension and a full investigation.
• Transaction fees: six77 does not currently charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which six77 accepts no responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

six77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, slot games, and RNG table games may carry different contribution percentages, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse of promotions: six77 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the account of any player who is found to be exploiting promotional offers, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts, or systematically exploiting bonus mechanics.
• No cash value: Bonus credits and free spins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on six77 — including cricket, PSL markets, UFC, and other available sports — is governed by the following rules:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient account balance are not valid.
• Odds: All odds are subject to change until the point of bet confirmation. six77 displays odds in decimal format by default. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and may be suspended at the Company's discretion.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond a defined period, incorrect odds being offered due to a manifest error, or where six77 reasonably suspects the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.
• Manifest errors: six77 reserves the right to cancel and void any bet accepted as a result of a pricing or technical error. The Company will notify affected players and return staked amounts to their account balance.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section and may be revised at the Company's discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or access the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to generate credits, winnings, or advantageous outcomes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime as defined under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) while retaining withdrawable winnings on the Platform.
• Providing false identity documentation or impersonating another person during KYC or any verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and where you have misrepresented your location to gain access.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the six77 Platform — including but not limited to the six77 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, audio, and promotional material — is the property of six77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of six77.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or funds resulting from technical failure, service interruption, or connectivity issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made in connection with sports betting or casino gaming activity, including losses sustained through normal gambling activity.
• Temporary Platform unavailability for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" basis. six77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any particular game or feature for any specific purpose.

10 Responsible Gaming

six77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. The Company recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provides a range of tools to support players in managing their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session reminders: Players can configure time-based reminders to alert them of the duration of their active session.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not receive any marketing communications from six77.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications can be enabled to display session time and net balance changes at regular intervals.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

six77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure for cause, six77 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting six77 support. Real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

12 Amendments to These Terms

six77 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six77 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, or promotional credit, you should contact six77 support in the first instance. six77 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, players may refer their complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified under the Company's gaming license terms.
